Overview
In this role you will manage and grow BRE’s global partnership network, coordinating with partners and internal teams to maximise value and impact. You will onboard partners, monitor performance, and identify growth opportunities to support BRE’s mission of safer, more sustainable built environments. You’ll engage with industry stakeholders and represent BRE at events, driving cross-functional collaboration and strategic development. This position combines account management, commercial insight, and stakeholder engagement to shape international partnerships.

Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with BRE’s partners and major industry stakeholders
- Onboard and develop Partnership Account Managers
- Identify opportunities to strengthen collaboration and maximise value from existing partnerships
- Collaborate with business development to evaluate and implement new partnership opportunities
- Analyse partnership performance, risks and opportunities; provide insights to senior stakeholders
- Monitor compliance with contracts, standards, and processes
- Assist in preparation and review of partnership agreements with internal legal teams
- Represent BRE at industry events, forums and meetings in the UK and internationally
- Respond to partner enquiries as a trusted contact
- Produce reports and performance analyses to support decision-making and growth
- Foster cross-functional alignment of partnership activities across the business
Key requirements
- Experience in account management or partnerships in a commercial environment
- Relevant professional qualification or equivalent experience in partnership/account management or business development
- Strong commercial awareness, negotiation skills, and business judgement
- Experience with contracts, commercial agreements and risk management
- Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills with multiple priorities
- Collaborative mindset and passion for developing successful partnerships
- Good analytical skills and ability to interpret performance data
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and general IT confidence
- Experience or knowledge of the built environment, construction, sustainability or property sectors
