Risk Support Analyst

Overview

In this role, you will support the full credit lifecycle for Corpay Complete, ensuring CPC opportunities and reviews move efficiently with complete information. You’ll work with Portfolio Management and Underwriting to deliver timely outcomes and maintain robust risk controls as CPC activity grows. You help translate data into actionable decisions while improving processes in a customer-focused way. This is a growth-focused opportunity to build practical credit risk experience within a collaborative, cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Progress CPC pre-checks, applications, and credit requests with complete, recorded information
• Maintain audit-ready case notes and document decisions, recommendations, and outstanding requirements
• Collaborate with CPC Sales and Credit Lifecycle to minimise rework and ensure timely outcomes
• Support exposure monitoring, customer reviews, and broader CPC credit controls
• Identify risk indicators, missing information, and cases requiring escalation to Analysts, Underwriters or Credit Manager
• Utilise Salesforce, Excel and internal risk tools to maintain data quality and support reporting on volumes and outcomes
• Assist in simplifying, documenting, and automating routine CPC processes as activity grows

Key requirements

• Credit risk/underwriting/fraud/portfolio experience desirable but not essential
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in time-sensitive processes
• Good Excel skills and experience with customer or application data
• Salesforce experience is beneficial
• Clear communication, sound judgment and ability to raise concerns
• Ability to prioritise competing work while maintaining accuracy and service
