Overview
In this role, you will draft and negotiate complex derivatives agreements for Bank of America’s Markets group, acting as the primary contact for documentation with priority clients. You will coordinate with Sales, Onboarding and Credit to reflect accurate terms while ensuring regulatory and policy compliance. Your work enables efficient client onboarding and supports Global Markets growth through trusted advisory across products. This position offers broad exposure to stakeholders and a chance to shape documentation standards in a high-impact environment.

Responsibilities
- Negotiate, draft, structure and advise on derivatives documentation including ISDA Master Agreements, CSAs, collateral and regime-specific documents
- Collaborate with Sales, Credit and Onboarding to streamline client onboarding of documentation
- Advise front office, risk, and operations on negotiation issues during documentation
- Act as Relationship Manager for a portfolio of priority clients and coordinate negotiations across products
- Liaise with internal partners to reflect credit and business terms while ensuring regulatory and policy compliance
- Update trading agreement records and other systems of record
- Contribute to regulatory and special projects as needed
Key requirements
- Prior related experience in a similar role
- Strong substantive knowledge of markets documentation (French law and/or German law master agreements)
- Language skills: German and/or French
- Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly self-motivated with prioritization and execution capability
- Judgment within defined parameters
- Significant experience with hedge fund structures and the PB industry
