In this role you will support a leading Bristol construction team on high-value projects across infrastructure, housing, healthcare and the public sector. You work within a large, national team advising developers, contractors, funders and public bodies, contributing to complex, high-profile transactions from day one. You’ll shape commercial outcomes through strong drafting, risk allocation and project structuring, while collaborating across disciplines. Responsibilities
- Drafting and negotiating construction contracts (JCT, NEC, bespoke agreements)
- Advising on professional appointments, collateral warranties, and security documentation
- Managing transactional matters from instruction through to completion
- Providing commercially focused advice on risk allocation and project structuring
Key requirements
- Strong non-contentious construction experience
- Excellent drafting skills
