In this Programme Manager role, you will lead complex AWS-based cloud migration and transformation initiatives, translating business needs into technical plans. You will steer governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement while advancing technical credibility across diverse audiences. Responsibilities

• Leading and managing complex cloud migration and transformation projects from inception to completion
• Ensuring delivery within time, budget, and quality targets
• Developing and executing program-level planning with flexibility to adapt to objectives
• Building and maintaining stakeholder relationships across customers, partners, and internal teams
• Driving key decisions and managing program-level risks and issues
• Establishing governance, structure, and communication plans for programs
• Leading multidisciplinary teams of technical specialists
• Ensuring compliance with security, regulatory, and governance requirements
• Bridging business requirements with technical solutions and aligning with customer outcomes
• Distilling customer needs into clear technical requirements and mapping to business outcomes

Key requirements

• Experience in leading and delivering enterprise IT engagements
• Knowledge of infrastructure, applications, data management, security, platforms, and consumer tech
• Experience leading multiple Agile teams (Scrum Masters, Product Owners)
• active project management certification (preferred)
• AWS certification (preferred)
• Experience delivering customer engagements in a professional services role
• Experience with Agile and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Rally, VersionOne, Taiga)
• Experience presenting to C-level executives and business units
