In this hybrid role, you will support UK payroll processing and client onboarding within the in-house Implementation team. You’ll gain hands-on experience, ensuring accurate payroll delivery and timely project milestones, with full training provided. Responsibilities
- Process UK payrolls and implementations accurately and on time
- Support clients on payroll-related matters and cover holidays to ensure service continuity
- Maintain and update payroll data within the CloudPay system
- Investigate discrepancies and ensure adherence to internal procedures
- Prioritise client payroll tasks and meet deadlines
- Prepare reports, tax filings, and compliance documents for UK authorities
- Compile and file required reports with relevant UK government agencies
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide excellent client service
Key requirements
- 5 GCSEs including Maths and English
- Confident with Microsoft Excel and proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
