Responsibilities

• Manage plot sale transactions from reservation through to completion
• Support housebuilder and developer clients on residential developments
• Build relationships with clients, agents and internal stakeholders
• Draft and review legal documentation with accuracy

Key requirements

• Qualified Solicitor (or approaching qualification)
• Commercially minded with a desire to specialise in property law
• Plot sales experience is helpful but not essential
