In this role you will manage a portfolio of insurance property disputes within a leading UK law firm, contributing to large loss matters as part of a specialist team. You will handle a diverse caseload across FPPD, TPPD, product liability, policy coverage, and subrogated recoveries, delivering timely results for a prestigious client base. Responsibilities

  • Handle a broad range of insurance property disputes independently
  • Assist on large loss matters within the team
  • Manage cases in line with service level agreements and best practice
  • Analyse risk and apply sound judgment in decision-making
  • Prioritise tasks effectively to maximise efficiency
  • Build and maintain internal and external business relationships
  • Provide support and guidance to junior team members

Key requirements

  • Has prior experience managing or assisting with insurance property-related caseloads
