Overview
As Creative Manager at Amazon MGM Studios in London, you will coordinate international creative assets and ensure local campaigns resonate while upholding global brand standards. You’ll partner with International Marketing Managers, creative vendors, and US teams to deliver tailored Print and AV assets, navigating timelines and approvals. You’ll shape international creative plans, provide territory feedback, and support local markets with compelling materials for campaigns and events. This role blends creative excellence with cross‑border collaboration in a dynamic entertainment environment.
Responsibilities
- Vendor & Agency Management: oversee external agencies and localization partners to produce tailored Print and AV assets, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure deliverables are accurate.
- Creative Planning: assist in drafting international creative plans and establish guidelines for asset availability and demographic resonance.
- Creative Feedback: supply territory insights to maintain brand consistency in global executions.
- Territory Collaboration: work with local market teams to meet deadlines, monitor formats, collect feedback, and equip markets with optimal creative for local campaigns.
- Maintain relationships with US counterparts to align international needs with global materials.
- B2B Creative: ensure territories receive top-tier materials for local trade events and conventions.
- Create international outdoor suites and POS toolkits.
- Stunts & Activations: help source and create bespoke assets for local stunts and media activations.
- Clearances: route assets through proper channels for legal and clearance approvals.
Key requirements
- Project management experience including resource planning, scheduling, status reporting, and prioritization.
- Proven ability to build strategic stakeholder relationships and collaborate across teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines and quick turnarounds.
- Proven experience in professional creative advertising within Theatrical Marketing.
- Proven track record of creating, adapting and finalizing AV and print materials.
- Solid understanding of creative formats and media channels.
- Excellent communication, presentation, quality control and organizational skills.
- Strong knowledge of the theatrical release cycle (awareness, consideration, conversion).
