In this role you join a growing Bristol-based residential conveyancing team to handle a mixed caseload, from freehold/leasehold sales to high net worth and new build transactions. You will work closely with clients, agents, lenders and third parties, delivering excellent client care while leveraging modern technology. Responsibilities
- Manage a mixed caseload of residential conveyancing matters (freehold and leasehold sales/purchases)
- Handle new build transactions
- Oversee shared ownership cases
- Work on high net worth residential transactions
- Perform title checks and reporting
- Liaise with clients, agents, lenders and third parties
- Maintain excellent client care throughout each transaction
Key requirements
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 0-3 years PQE (or equivalent experience in residential property)
- Experience handling residential conveyancing matters
- Strong client care skills with a professional and personable approach
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Ability to manage a busy and varied caseload
- Comfortable using digital conveyancing tools and case management systems
