Overview

As Digital Product Manager, you will define and deliver digital products that meet customer needs and business objectives, owning the lifecycle from concept to launch and optimization. You’ll collaborate across engineering, design and business teams to shape strategy, prioritise initiatives and measure impact. The role emphasizes customer insight, data-driven decisions and cross-functional leadership to drive product growth. This is a fast-paced, collaborative opportunity to influence a major retail platform and advance digital capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Shape product strategy: define vision, strategy and roadmap aligned to business goals; research market and competitors; identify opportunities; prioritise features by impact
  • Discover & define: translate customer and business needs into requirements; write user stories and acceptance criteria; map journeys and create wireframes; ensure problems are solved
  • Deliver & collaborate: partner with Engineering, Design and UX; lead sprint planning and backlog management; track KPIs and product performance
  • Launch, learn & grow: lead launches and go-to-market; monitor post-launch behavior; turn insights into action; continuously improve via data, testing and customer feedback
  • Work with stakeholders: align teams around vision; report progress, opportunities and challenges to leadership; present recommendations and demonstrate ROI

Key requirements

  • Experience in digital product management or related role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; translate insights into practical solutions
  • Proficiency with Jira, Figma and Mixpanel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; engage and influence stakeholders
  • Ability to prioritise competing demands and manage multiple initiatives
  • Good understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
  • Strong strategic thinking, customer empathy and user research capabilities
  • Data-driven decision-making and product development
  • Effective project management and cross-functional collaboration
  • Adaptability, resilience and confidence in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong technical literacy; coding experience not required
