Employment Associate- US Law Firm

Overview

In this role you join a London office of a US law firm to support a busy employment practice serving international clients. You will handle a mix of contentious, non-contentious, and advisory matters, including High Court litigation and tribunal defense, with a cross-border perspective. The position offers structured progression and a collaborative culture within a highly ranked team. You will tackle meaningful disputes and advisory work that shape how clients manage employment risk globally.

Responsibilities

• Defend employment tribunal claims
• Litigate in the High Court
• Provide transactional support in employment matters
• Deliver advisory projects on employment topics

Key requirements

• 3–5 PQE in England & Wales or Commonwealth-qualified
• Experience as an Associate in a top Employment team within a UK firm
• Must have High Court litigation experience
