Overview

In this role you will lead a public law and human rights practice in Cardiff, focusing on Court of Protection welfare matters and safeguarding the rights of vulnerable individuals. You will manage a personal caseload, mentor juniors, and help grow a nationally recognised department. The work blends advocacy in health and care disputes with strategic advisory work for best interests decisions. This is your chance to shape outcomes for clients and contribute to a respected team.

Key requirements

  • 2+ years PQE in public law, human rights, or Court of Protection welfare matters
