Overview
Senior Insurance Litigation role focused on leading EL/PL disease claims within a specialist Bristol team. You will advise on legacy and emerging disease risks, delivering commercially-focused guidance to insurer and corporate clients. The role combines leadership, coaching of junior lawyers, and active involvement in business development and cross-office initiatives. Responsibilities
- Lead EL/PL disease claims and advise on legacy and emerging disease risks
- Provide strategic, commercially-focused guidance to insurer and corporate clients
- Act as trusted adviser on significant matters with efficient, compliant case management
- Provide technical leadership through supervision, mentoring, and training of junior lawyers
- Support business development, pitches, client training, seminars, and cross-office collaboration
Key requirements
- Highly experienced litigator at Senior Associate or Legal Director level
- Strong credentials in disease litigation
