In this role you join a high-performing ENRI team to advise sponsors, developers, lenders and public sector bodies on energy and infrastructure matters. You will work on financing, corporate transactions, and key project agreements across domestic and international projects, contributing to cross-border matters and strategic, commercially-focused guidance. Responsibilities

• Project Finance advisory for lenders, sponsors and developers on major energy and infrastructure deals
• Support M&A, joint ventures and investments within the ENRI sector
• Drafting and negotiating key project documents across the lifecycle
• Assist with complex cross-border matters in collaboration with the international network
• Provide commercially-focused advice across conventional and renewable power, infrastructure, natural resources, and digital assets

Key requirements

• 0-3 years’ PQE
• Experience in project finance, project development, corporate transactions, or commercial contracts
• Genuine interest in energy, infrastructure and natural resources
• Strong drafting skills and attention to detail
• Collaborative, proactive, commercially minded approach
• SRA registered solicitor (qualification)
