Responsibilities

• Design and deliver end-to-end AI-powered solutions from concept to production
• Develop end-to-end data and AI applications (data ingestion, processing, orchestration, APIs, UI)
• Leverage modern technologies (LLMs, agentic frameworks, RAG architectures, cloud data platforms)
• Translate client business problems into scalable solutions
• Define solution architectures combining AI, data, cloud, and engineering best practices
• Build reusable accelerators and frameworks for client engagements
• Collaborate with delivery teams and leadership to drive technical excellence and innovation
• Present architectural decisions to technical and business stakeholders
• Contribute to pre-sales, workshops, and solution-shaping activities
• Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities

Key requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Data Engineering, AI, or Solution Architecture
• Proven track record of delivering production-grade solutions
• Hands-on software development background
• Advanced Python programming skills
• Strong system design and application architecture knowledge
• Deep experience with data platforms and large-scale data processing
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, or similar
• Experience designing APIs and distributed systems
• Hands-on experience delivering Generative AI solutions (LLMs, agents, RAG)
• Experience with AI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong consulting mindset and client-facing experience
• Ability to engage with both technical and non-technical audiences
