Business Analyst

Overview

In this role you will support a high-profile Cyber Security Compliance & Improvement Programme, bridging business, technology and security teams to define needs and drive improvements. You will shape requirements, map processes and track progress to close gaps and assurance activities. You’ll work across cyber security, technology and business units to deliver meaningful compliance outcomes for a major organisation. This is a hands-on role in a regulated environment with a focus on cross-functional collaboration and governance.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and technical requirements
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions
• Produce process maps, requirements documentation and status reports
• Identify gaps, risks, dependencies and improvement opportunities
• Support governance, reporting and assurance activities
• Coordinate activities across cyber security, technology and business teams

Key requirements

• Proven Business Analyst experience within cyber security, technology, risk or regulatory programmes
• Strong requirements gathering, process mapping and documentation skills
• Experience managing stakeholders and facilitating workshops
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience working in complex, regulated environments
