Responsibilities
- Manage own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion
- Review titles and raise enquiries
- Prepare contracts and progress transactions
- Keep clients, agents and lenders updated throughout matters
- Work with confidence and autonomy with team support
- Build strong relationships within the local community
Key requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years’ PQE in residential property
- Strong technical knowledge and excellent case management
- Ability to run files independently
- Friendly, client-focused approach
- Strong communication skills and good organisation
