In this Senior Health & Safety Consultant role, you will guide clients across the UK and Ireland on compliance and safety improvements, helping shape safer cultures across diverse industries. Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality HSE consultancy services
  • Conduct health and safety audits, inspections, and compliance reviews
  • Undertake Fire Risk Assessments and advise on fire safety compliance
  • Support risk assessments, safe systems of work, and management systems
  • Investigate incidents and produce detailed reports and recommendations
  • Deliver training, workshops, and safety briefings
  • Build strong client relationships as a trusted advisor
  • Support organisations in developing positive, sustainable safety cultures
  • Advise on UK and Ireland H&S legislation and best practice
  • Assist with ISO 45001 and wider management system implementation and improvement

Key requirements

  • NEBOSH Diploma or NVQ Level 5/6 in Occupational Health & Safety
  • CertIOSH as a minimum, with CMIOSH preferred
  • NEBOSH Fire Safety qualification
  • Fire Risk Assessment qualification and practical experience
  • Experience in consultancy, certification, engineering, facilities management, property, infrastructure, utilities, manufacturing or similar environments
  • Strong knowledge of UK Health & Safety legislation
  • Experience conducting audits, inspections, investigations, and compliance reviews
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
