Overview

As a Project Specialist in Customer Delivery, you will own project planning, coordination, and delivery to help customers achieve their business goals. You’ll work with customers, technical teams, and stakeholders to define scope, plans, and resources, while managing risks, governance, and finances. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, delivering high-quality outcomes, and maintaining strong relationships. You’ll contribute to a fast-paced ecosystem that advances VodafoneThree’s mission to connect people and communities.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination and delivery to meet scope, time, budget, and customer expectations
• Define project scope and delivery plans; manage resources and keep stakeholders informed
• Identify risks and issues with mitigation plans; ensure governance aligns with PM framework
• Manage project finances including budgets, costs and billing milestones
• Build trusted relationships across cross-functional teams and customers to deliver outcomes
• Contribute to standalone projects or larger programmes ensuring seamless delivery
• Monitor project performance and commercial impact; report on progress and value

Key requirements

• Experience in customer-facing service roles and project environments
• PRINCE2 Foundation required, progressing towards Practitioner or equivalent
• Outstanding planning and organisational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including MS Project
• Agile experience is desirable
• Provide clear leadership and direction for cross-functional teams
