MEP Quantity Surveyor

Overview

In this role you will manage the financial and contractual aspects of MEP packages on large-scale schemes, ensuring accurate cost control and robust procurement. You will work closely with a Senior MEP Commercial Manager within a firm delivering EU-wide construction projects, including high-rise office towers. Your focus is on cost estimation, tender documentation, variations, and final accounts to drive value and programme delivery. The opportunity offers exposure to high-value projects with a stable workload over the next 3–5 years in a blue-chip environment. This role suits a meticulous QS who shapes commercial outcomes and collaborates with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial and contractual aspects of MEP packages
• Prepare cost estimates, feasibility studies, and benchmarking analysis
• Assist in procurement, tender documentation, and tender evaluation
• Review contract documents, manage variations, progress payments, and final accounts
• Conduct cost analysis and identify value engineering opportunities
• Review project progress, programming, RFI schedules, and submittals
