In this role you will join a busy Private Client team in Gloucestershire to handle a varied caseload with autonomy and support. You will advise on Wills, LPAs, Probate, and Trusts while delivering clear, compassionate guidance to clients. Responsibilities

• Draft Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Advise on Probate and Estate Administration
• Manage Trusts and related tax and estate planning
• Provide clear, compassionate client guidance
• Collaborate with colleagues across the firm

Key requirements

• 3–5 years PQE as Solicitor or Legal Executive in Private Client
• Strong technical knowledge across Wills, Probate, LPAs, Trusts, and estate planning
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Proactive, organized approach with attention to detail
