Overview
In this role you bridge business vision and technical delivery within easyJet’s IT Delivery and Change Team. You act as a key liaison among business stakeholders, IT, and Change, ensuring solutions align with strategy and meet time, cost, and quality targets. You will contribute to the BA community and shape future BA practices. You solve cross-functional challenges by documenting and validating requirements, processes, and data flows, with a strong focus on secure, compliant outcomes. Responsibilities
- Elicit, define, and prioritise requirements using MoSCoW, interviews, and workshops
- Lead end-to-end analysis across Agile and Waterfall projects
- Assess impact, cost, and risks; map dependencies, risks, and assumptions with diagrams and data models
- Collaborate with Application Support, Data Management, InfoSec, SD&T, and Architecture to design aligned solutions
- Manage stakeholder expectations and benefits analysis to secure acceptance
- Own project documentation using templates and tools like JIRA and Confluence
Key requirements
- Proficient in Agile deliverables (epics, user stories, product backlogs) and Waterfall documentation (BRDs, functional specs, process maps)
- Skilled in documenting current/future-state processes, data flows, data models, and use cases
- Strong written and verbal communication; able to present to technical and business audiences
- Core BA competencies: strategic thinking, workshop facilitation, domain modelling, lateral thinking
