Overview
In this role you will own marketing performance analytics and lifecycle strategies for Fresha’s consumer marketplace and B2B platform. You’ll partner with Performance Marketing, Brand, Product Growth, CRM, and Analytics teams to turn data into actionable marketing decisions at scale. You’ll design experiments, apply attribution and MMM, and ensure efficient use of budget as the business grows. This is a senior, autonomous role with clear progression paths and a strong impact on cross-functional growth initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Own marketing performance analytics across paid search, paid social, SEO and organic channels for both B2B and B2C
- Own CRM and lifecycle strategy including messaging, win-back, and experiments to improve stickiness
- Design and run marketing experiments with rigorous read-outs
- Develop and apply attribution modelling, incrementality testing, and Media Mix Modelling (MMM) to guide decisions
- Deliver regular trade and performance reporting turning data into decision-useful insight
- Manage budget and target tracking as investment scales and flag efficiency risks
- Support automation of campaign quality control to catch inefficiencies
- Write production-grade SQL and Python and contribute analytics logic into dbt models via GitHub
- Use AI-assisted development tools as a standard part of work
- Mentor and help set standards as scope grows
- Collaborate with multiple teams to align priorities and campaigns
Key requirements
- 4-8 years in a senior analyst role in marketing, CRM, or lifecycle analytics
- Strong SQL and Python skills with dbt and GitHub experience
- Experience with SEO and performance marketing (paid search, paid social) and campaign analysis
- Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot) and lifecycle/triggered messaging
- Experience with attribution, incrementality testing, and Media Mix Modelling (MMM)
- Ability to design and interpret experiments with statistical rigor
- Track record of linking marketing activity to commercial outcomes
- Fluent use of AI agents (e.g., Claude Code) to support analytics workflows
