Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts, variance analysis and financial reporting
• Manage rent and income processes including collections, arrears monitoring and reconciliations
• Produce annual budgets, forecasts and long-term financial plans
• Support year-end accounts, audits and statutory reporting
• Business partner with operational and commercial stakeholders to enable decision-making
• Monitor financial controls and identify process improvement opportunities
• Assist with systems optimisation and ongoing finance transformation initiatives
• Support business growth through clear financial analysis and reporting

Key requirements

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification (or nearing completion)
• Experience preparing management accounts and financial reporting
• Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Confidence to work independently and take ownership
• Experience in property, real estate, residential, hospitality, operational living or asset-intensive sectors (advantageous)
