Overview
In this role you will help health clients design and deliver technology-enabled transformation. You will work with cross-functional teams to translate clinical, operational and technology needs into practical, data-driven solutions. You’ll support digital strategy, data analytics, AI and operational improvements to drive better health outcomes. This is a chance to shape health tech programs within EY’s growing Health Practice and collaborate with clients to deliver tangible value.
Responsibilities
- Contribute as a delivery team member on healthcare technology projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality
- Collaborate with clients to understand strategic, operational, clinical and technical needs and craft tailored, user-centered solutions
- Support digital transformation initiatives including data analytics, AI, automation, reporting and service improvement
- Analyze healthcare systems, processes, policies and data to identify opportunities for productivity, sustainability and outcomes
- Act as liaison between technical teams and clinical/operational users to ensure practical and safe solutions
- Assist in developing analytics and reporting solutions, including data integration, data quality, visualization, and AI integration
- Facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders to shape requirements and align objectives
- Produce clear, evidence-based analyses and client deliverables for diverse audiences
- Contribute to pursuits and bids with compelling technology-enabled proposals
- Support business development and solution design for growth in UK Health Practice
- Mentor junior consultants and strengthen technology, data and health sector capability
- Stay updated on healthcare trends, regulatory changes and emerging technologies to inform strategies
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience
- Professional services/consulting experience in healthcare
- Experience delivering technology, digital, data or analytics-enabled transformation in UK health, ideally NHS
- In-depth knowledge of UK healthcare trends, systems and stakeholder environments
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication abilities for non-technical audiences
