Senior Technology Consultant – ETL and Data Integration

Overview

In this role you will drive data integration for Kinaxis deployments and help customers realize immediate value through Maestro integrations. You will work within a cross-functional team to design and deploy tailored technology solutions that fit client ecosystems. You will guide customers through integration challenges, from data mapping to testing, across moderate to complex projects. You’ll collaborate with support and cloud teams to address security and deployment questions while shaping requirements for successful outcomes. This is a remote, customer-facing role offering exposure to leading supply chain technology and a chance to influence how global brands orchestrate operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform integration configuration: map, load, transform, test and validate data for client systems on moderate to complex projects
• Design customized technology solutions addressing business challenges based on integration approach (Kinaxis-led vs customer-led)
• Assist with implementation and deployment: project management, system integration, configuration, testing, and training
• Demonstrate proficiency with Kinaxis Integration Platform Suite, RR data model, and REST-based API integration; advise on data-flow-appropriate solutions
• Collaborate with Kinaxis Support and Cloud Services to address security queries or incidents
• Lead deep-dive customer requirements discovery sessions and develop integration requirements specifications
• Support deployment workshops to enable rapid value realization for customers
• Liaise with customers and internal SMEs (e.g., Technology Architect) throughout the project lifecycle

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Statistics, Information Technology or related field
• 5-7 years of experience in business software consulting, ideally in supply chain or data integration across enterprise systems
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills in customer-facing roles
• Understanding of the software deployment life cycle: requirements, functional specs, test plans, training, deployment
• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, time management, and customer relationship skills
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking abilities
• Ability to work virtually and travel up to 70%
