Responsibilities

• Develop software products and services from the ground up
• Mentor client teams on engineering best practices and user-centered design
• Coach client engineering cultures and adopt Agile values
• Co-create with clients and leadership to deliver scalable solutions
• Participate in cross‑functional problem‑solving with client leaders
• Turn digital ambitions into reality through hands-on technical work
• Collaborate with global technologists, designers and strategists to transform client businesses
• Build and sustain long-term engineering capabilities within client organizations

Key requirements

• 2-5+ years of full‑stack development experience
• Undergraduate or master’s degree (or equivalent experience)
• Hands-on experience across frontend and backend frameworks and databases
• Experience with LLM frameworks, prompt orchestration, agent frameworks and cloud platforms
• Docker and CI/CD experience
• Strong automated testing, logging, and monitoring mindset
• Experience in Agile teams and sprint ceremonies
• Ability to work autonomously with excellent time management
• Strong verbal and written English communication
