Overview
In this role you will undertake audits and quality assurance activities across Children’s Social Care to identify strengths and areas for development. You will translate audit findings into actionable learning for practitioners and managers, supporting continuous improvement. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to influence practice and outcomes for children and families, contributing to Practice Week and governance processes. Responsibilities
- Complete audits and re-audits across Children’s Social Care
- Analyse practice to identify key themes and learning opportunities
- Support managers and practitioners to understand and respond to audit findings
- Contribute to Practice Week, moderation and learning activities
- Support development of training and workforce development activity
- Provide constructive challenge and promote reflective practice
- Help translate improvements into better experiences and outcomes for children
Key requirements
- Qualified and registered social worker
- Experience working with children, young people and families
- Ability to analyse practice and communicate findings clearly
- Curious, reflective and committed to learning
- Confident in providing constructive challenge and influencing improvement
