Responsibilities
- Housing management disputes
- Possession, disrepair and anti-social behaviour matters
- Drafting pleadings, correspondence and legal documents
- Court work, mediations and advisory support
- Building strong client relationships with national and regional housing providers
- Contributing to team initiatives and business development
Key requirements
- Solicitors or FCILEX with 0-3 years’ PQE
- experience or strong interest in property litigation and/or social housing
