Overview
In this role, you will serve as the governance and controls lead for the firm’s citizen development and AI tooling initiatives within the Digital Trust Office. You’ll establish accountability, metrics, and reporting across cross-functional teams, balancing safe delivery with speed. You’ll collaborate with delivery groups and senior leaders to align governance with business value, helping scale responsible innovation across a global firm. Responsibilities
- Own governance and control for citizen development tooling usage and accountability framework
- Create target metrics and sub-metrics across the citizen development lifecycle from awareness to handover
- Assign owners and ensure accountability and reporting for each metric
- Establish governance and controls for networked capabilities with balanced risk and speed
- Coordinate cadence, tracking, and day‑to‑day interface with delivery groups while maintaining senior relationships
- Loster across functions (Client Service Enablement, Platform McKinsey, development/deployment, device management, Risk and Control) to deliver citizen development initiatives
Key requirements
- 8+ years of experience in cyber program/initiative management, technology governance, or technology risk
- Proven track record of establishing cross-team accountability and measurable outcomes
- Experience designing and operating a full measurement framework with data sources and evidence artefacts
- Technical fluency to interact with platform, tooling, and engineering teams
- Strong senior stakeholder management with credibility to partner with firm leaders
- Experience leading a small team, including guiding a technical lead and a programme office
- Comfort operating with incomplete information, ability to scope tightly and define what is out of scope
