Overview
In this role, you will drive revenue growth by developing strategic partnerships within the engineering field and aligning technical and business teams to deliver value. You’ll serve as a bridge between clients, engineers, and partners to shape solutions and secure project opportunities. You will work on identifying growth areas, defining a development strategy, and representing the business with clients on site. This role offers impact across business development, client collaboration, and project delivery in a leading nuclear engineering environment.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a business development strategy to drive revenue growth and expand market share
- Cultivate and manage relationships with key stakeholders to enable collaboration and growth
- Collaborate with technical teams to tailor engineering solutions meeting client needs
- Identify and evaluate engineering projects within existing and new client relationships
- Define project scopes, timelines, and resources with project managers and technical teams
- Track KPIs, analyze market and client feedback, and present insights to senior management
- Prepare monthly client-facing B2B updates discussing delivery, opportunities, and concerns
Key requirements
- Degree or equivalent experience in engineering or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or project management within engineering
- Good technical understanding of engineering principles and processes
- Good awareness of project management methodologies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strategic mindset with ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities in engineering
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and meeting targets
- Experience using CRM software, project management tools, and other relevant business development technologies
- Self-motivated, proactive, able to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience managing a wide portfolio of stakeholders in varied engineering disciplines (preferable)
