Project Manager – Europe

Overview

In this role you will lead enterprise software implementations across Europe, guiding projects from kickoff to go-live and handover. You will partner with customer stakeholders and internal teams to deliver on time, budget, and quality. You will manage multiple concurrent projects, mitigate risks, and maintain strong client relationships. This position supports Doxis’ mission to redefine information management in a fast-paced, multinational environment. You will use your bilingual French and English skills to drive successful outcomes and help shape digital workplace solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of enterprise software implementation projects from initiation to handover
• Act as trusted partner to customer stakeholders to drive successful outcomes
• Manage multiple concurrent projects (typically 3–8) ensuring on-time, on-budget, high-quality delivery
• Proactively identify risks and mitigation strategies
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, delivery teams, and senior stakeholders across Europe
• Motivate and coordinate cross-functional teams to keep projects on track

Key requirements

• Five or more years of Project Manager experience in software, SaaS, or professional services
• Proven experience delivering complex, enterprise-scale software implementations
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Solid understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification, or willingness to obtain
• Fluent English and French (Spanish a plus)
• Based in Europe with occasional travel across Europe
• Working knowledge of ECM and/or IP solutions valued
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
• ITIL Foundation (preferred)
