Loan IQ Specialist

Overview

In this role you will support the administration and maintenance of loan facilities in Loan IQ, enabling accurate loan data and timely repayment schedules. You’ll work within a collaborative Operations team on risk participations, re-bookings, and data quality initiatives across the EMEA region. You will contribute to change programmes and process improvements that affect the loans portfolio. This is a hands-on, impact-driven position with a clear focus on operational excellence and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain loan facilities within Loan IQ
• Manage and update repayment schedules and related data
• Assist with loan re-booking across multiple EMEA branches
• Support risk participations and sell-down activities
• Review and resolve operational queries in a timely manner
• Ensure records and transactions are accurately maintained in systems
• Collaborate with Operations, Front Office and other areas
• Contribute to process improvement and data quality initiatives
• Assist with change programmes and organisational projects affecting loans portfolio

Key requirements

• Experience in loan servicing/operations or middle office
• Hands-on Loan IQ experience in daily operations
• Good understanding of loan products and lifecycle
• Experience maintaining loan records/schedules/transactional data
• Ability to investigate and resolve operational queries
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
