In this role you will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload within a respected regional law firm. You will work closely with clients, agents and brokers to progress transactions efficiently, while benefiting from a supportive conveyancing team. You’ll handle sales, purchases, remortgages, and other property matters, providing clear practical guidance through complex deals. Responsibilities

  • Manage full spectrum of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion
  • Handle freehold/leasehold sales and purchases, new builds, buy-to-let, transfers of equity, remortgages, shared ownership, title matters
  • Provide clear, practical advice to clients through complex transactions
  • Collaborate with clients, agents, brokers and stakeholders to progress transactions proactively
  • Support clients and maintain strong client relationships within a team-focused environment

Key requirements

  • 5+ years’ PQE with strong background in residential property
  • Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
  • Ability to manage a full residential conveyancing caseload independently
  • Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of conveyancing transactions
  • Excellent client care and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a wider team
