Overview
As Senior Director, Data, AI & Infrastructure Procurement, you will lead global sourcing for digital and tech categories, shaping strategies that maximize value and minimize risk across a $300M spend. You will partner with Tech leaders, guide a global procurement team, and drive complex negotiations and supplier relationships to enable GSK’s digital ambitions. This role offers high impact in a fast-evolving tech landscape within a mission-driven biopharma company.

Responsibilities
- Create global category strategies for Data, AI & Infrastructure with a global, strategic mindset
- Educate and communicate impact of global strategies across categories, units, and regions
- Develop compelling business cases for change and secure senior approvals with cross-functional partners
- Deliver benefits through strategy execution, ensuring supply assurance, quality, service, cost and innovation
- Lead complex negotiations with Tech suppliers to maximize global opportunities
- Build strategic relationships with senior Tech stakeholders to align requirements and value proposition
- Engage and lead category teams across region, report lines, and matrix structures
- Develop organizational capabilities to implement strategy now and in the future
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in supply chain, Business or Finance
- Procurement experience
- Experience developing multi-year business strategies to achieve commercial objectives
- Experience leading multiple large projects with project and change management
- Ability to assess value, priorities, risks, and market drivers for strategy formation
- Influencing and collaborating with global stakeholders; managing supplier relationships
