Overview

As a Workforce Data & Systems Analyst, you will optimise HR information systems and SAP SuccessFactors to deliver a world-class People & HR service. You’ll lead data governance, reporting and system enhancements across SAP, iTrent, and related tools, ensuring data accuracy and compliance. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and transparency in data-related processes. This role offers meaningful impact in transforming workforce technology and HR services within a dynamic city organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead optimisation and adoption of SAP SuccessFactors and related workforce systems
  • Oversee data management across SAP SuccessFactors and legacy iTrent systems during transition
  • Manage system enhancements, priorities and roadmaps for workforce systems
  • Promote data integrity, governance and compliance with data protection regulations
  • Provide guidance on workforce reporting, data management and process improvement
  • Manage system configuration, workflows, security roles and data structures
  • Deliver first-line technical support, user training and system documentation
  • Develop guidance to maximise value of self-service and workforce systems
  • Share best practices and stay updated on workforce analytics and digital HR services

Key requirements

  • Experience with HR/Payroll systems (preferably Success Factors)
  • SFX Accreditation in multiple modules (desirable)
  • Experience with iTrent and BI4 reporting (desirable)
  • Experience in system administration, data security and integration, and training delivery
  • Analytical, numerical and data visualisation skills
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Good understanding of HR policies and employment legislation
  • Confident communicator with excellent written and oral presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and lead on system-related projects
