Responsibilities
- Advising on administrations, liquidations, CVAs, and receiverships
- Handling contentious insolvency matters including asset recovery and director misfeasance claims
- Supporting corporate restructuring and turnaround strategies
- Advising lenders and stakeholders on enforcement and recovery options
- Managing client relationships and contributing to business development
- Mentoring junior team members and supporting team growth
Key requirements
- 4+ years PQE in insolvency law
- Strong technical expertise in both contentious and non-contentious insolvency
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Confident advising clients and managing complex matters independently
