Solicitor – Residential Conveyancing – Bristol – 1+ Years PQE

In this role you will manage a varied residential property caseload within a collaborative Bristol firm. You will handle sales, purchases, remortgages and new builds, while building strong client and professional relationships. Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of residential property matters
• Handle freehold/leasehold sales and purchases
• Oversee remortgages and transfers of equity
• Support new builds and shared ownership transactions
• Liaise with clients, agents, lenders and other solicitors
• Draft and review contracts, title documents and reports
• Manage completions and post‑completion formalities
• Support business development and maintain client relationships

Key requirements

• 1+ years PQE or equivalent experience in residential conveyancing
• Exposure to a broad range of property transactions
• Ability to manage files independently and work efficiently
• Strong communication and client care skills
• Proactive and team‑oriented approach
• Willingness to work on-site during probation (hybrid options thereafter)
