Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and interdisciplinary teams to develop analytics solutions
- Translate business problems into analytical challenges and build models
- Prototype statistical analyses and apply them to new domains
- Contribute to internal tools and participate in R&D projects
- Attend and present at conferences (e.g., NIPS, ICML)
- Own and drive model development while managing deadlines
- Impact business outcomes and drive improvements across industries
Key requirements
- Bachelor/Master/PhD level in a technical field (as stated)
- Up to 2 years of ML/data mining experience with substantial data sets
- Programming experience in Python and/or R; familiarity with SQL
- Ability to prototype and deploy data-driven solutions
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel
- Experience with ML/analytics tooling and cloud platforms (as listed)
- GenAI and agentic systems experience considered a plus
