Management Consulting – Fraud / Risk

Overview

In this Fraud Consultant role, you will advise clients on strengthening fraud prevention, detection, and response using policy, process, technology and data analytics. You will work with cutting‑edge fraud technologies and collaborate with global clients across teams to solve complex problems. The role blends advisory, delivery and thought leadership to shape fraud strategies and responses in a rapidly evolving regulatory environment. You will contribute to the Risk practice and build a cross‑functional network within Accenture, while advancing your career in a dynamic, innovation‑driven culture.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on improving fraud prevention, detection, and response using policy, process, technology, and data analytics
• Work with the latest technologies to address fraud-related problems
• Understand and articulate complex business problems, presenting solutions to stakeholders
• Maintain agility in selecting solutions as fraud and financial crime evolve
• Option to work with global clients and travel if desired
• Draft points of view on industry trends
• Support in developing sales proposals and offerings
• Contribute fraud subject‑matter knowledge to internal and external stakeholders
• Contribute to the Risk practice community and expand networks across Accenture and clients

Key requirements

• Experience in fraud or financial crime within advisory, analytics, operational, or leadership roles (bank or public sector preferred)
• Knowledge of current fraud regulations, specifically PSR and APP Reimbursement
• Experience with fraud technologies (e.g., Feedzai, Featurespace, Falcon, Actimize, SAS, Quantexa)
• Experience delivering or using fraud analytics to inform policy or actions
• Understanding of how data and analytics prevent and detect fraud
• Project delivery experience (lead or team member)
• Knowledge or experience with agile delivery including writing user stories
• Strong MS PowerPoint and Excel skills
• Experience presenting complex problems to senior stakeholders
• Ability to work in teams under tight, agile deadlines
• Commercial awareness to support engagements and spot market opportunities
• Ability to work across technology and business stakeholders
