Travelodge is seeking a Designate Hotel Manager to Roam across Kendal and the Lakes, leading, coaching and motivating hotel teams to deliver great guest experiences. You will recruit, induct and develop your people, drive food and beverage standards where applicable, optimise upselling, and monitor KPIs to maintain brand standards while guarding safety and costs.
