Quilter plc is seeking a Regional Director (Home-based) in the United Kingdom to lead recruitment and retention of Appointed Representatives and Registered Advisors. You will guide selection, onboarding, and the transfer planning for new Members while managing risk, governance, and customer outcomes.
You will maintain knowledge of marketplace trends, collaborate with Quilter Cheviot, UK Platform and Operations, and build strong cross-team relationships to deliver value for Members and the firm.
