Continuous Improvement Leader – Lean Six Sigma & TPM

Insight Global is seeking a Continuous Improvement Leader to support all CI projects, with emphasis on TPM implementation, in the Elgin, SC area. You will assist plant teams with goal-setting, apply CI tools to improve capacity and efficiency, and mentor teams in Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.

You will also participate in project management, support capital project qualification, and develop sustainable gains through control plans, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
