Costa Coffee, owned and operated by Goldex Investments Ltd, is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a busy London-area Costa store. You’ll own the day-to-day operation, drive sales, and coach a frontline team to deliver exceptional customer service with coffee at its heart.

You’ll manage stock, labour, training, and standards, ensuring brand compliance and a positive store culture while achieving targets and maintaining profitable results. A hands-on, engaging leader is essential.
