VP, Fund Accounting – LP Secondaries (12-Month FTC)

Intermediate Capital Group in London seeks a Vice President for Fund Accounting – LP Secondaries (12-month FTC). You will oversee monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting, manage fund administrator relationships, and coordinate with deal operations, tax, and investor relations to ensure accurate, timely outputs across US/Lux GAAP considerations.

The role also involves reviewing valuations, managing cash and liquidity, and ensuring LPAs and side letters are compliant.
