Senior Leveraged Finance Lawyer – London (6m+ Interim)

Altern8 Legal is seeking an experienced leveraged and debt finance lawyer for a senior interim role with a leading US law firm in London. The engagement is initially 6 months or more, full-time with flexibility, and London hybrid with some office attendance.

Ideal candidates will have trained or practised at top UK/US/international firms, 5–8 PQE, and be comfortable working directly with Partners and clients while remaining hands-on with transaction execution.
