Senior IT Commercial Lawyer (Remote)

Arguile is seeking a qualified IT Commercial Lawyer with 4–10 years’ PQE to join its global legal team in a fully remote role. You will provide hands-on legal and commercial advice across IT services and technology contracts, supporting the full lifecycle of complex engagements.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in negotiating MSAs, SOWs, and IT services agreements, with a strong track record advising sales and commercial teams on risk and commercial strategy.
