NHBC seeks a Funding & Compliance Lead to own apprenticeship funding compliance and ILR management, ensuring accurate, compliant programmes and data quality.
You’ll partner with teams across the business, guide on DfE rules, oversee ILR submissions, run analysis in Power BI, and support audits while driving continuous improvement. This home-based role requires travel to Milton Keynes twice monthly.
