Regional Head of Practice – Children & Family Services

Cafcass in North East England seeks a Head of Practice to lead and inspire teams across Tyneside, Northumberland, Teesside and Durham, shaping practice and setting high standards to deliver high-quality services to children and families.

The role involves internal practice improvement, strategic and operational work, with national travel and regular office presence. Reporting to the Assistant Director, you may work from Newcastle, Durham or Billingham offices.
